Winnebago Yankee misses hearing on DUI charge
Joba Chamberlain, a member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska who plays for the New York Yankees, missed a court hearing on a driving under the influence charge.

Chamberlain was supported to be in Lincoln, Nebraska, yesterday to answer to the charge. But he was scheduled to be in court somewhere else, his attorney said.

Chamberlain is charged with first-offense DUI and possession of an open alcohol container for an October 18, 2008, incident. His blood alcohol level was nearly two times the legal limit.
