Crow man with troubled past lands in trouble again
A member of the Crow Tribe of Montana has been arrested in New Mexico on securities fraud and other charges, The Billings Gazette reports.

Ted Hogan is being held on a $1 million cash bond. He faces 23 counts of racketeering, fraud, forgery, conspiracy, securities fraud and sales of unregistered securities in connection with a group he formed to promote energy development on the reservation.

Two other tribal members also face charges in connection with the venture. Grady Hunts Arrow and Loren Old Bear were released after each posted a $50,000 bond, the Gazette reported.

Hogan started Raven Economic Development Services after being acquitted in federal court for allegedly lying about his financial situation. He was previously convicted of corruption when he worked for his tribe.
