The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Bureau of Indian Affairs are investigating the shooting of a man by a police officer for the Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota.
Robert Little is in the hospital in critical condition. He was injured in a shooting at a housing complex on the reservation on Sunday.
"Right now, people are on high alert in Pine Ridge," Warren Eagle told The Rapid City Journal. "People are walking in groups. Nobody trusts anyone."
The officer was not identified.
