Young Menominee man charged for driving death
Willie Hayes, an 18-year-old member of the Menominee Nation of Wisconsin, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Hayes was allegedly driving drunk when his vehicle veered off the road and hit two trees. A 17-year-old passenger, a girl, was killed and a another passenger was seriously injured.

The incident occurred on the reservation on October 12.
