The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut held its 9th annual holiday party for needy children and their families.
The tribe invites children from agencies of the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut to attend the event.
"This holiday party is just one way the tribe can give back to our community," said incoming chairman Rodney Butler, The New London Day reported.
About 200 children attended the party.
