Funeral held for Indian man who was mudered in DC
Family and friends said goodbye to Zachery James Funke, a 22-year-old man who was the first homicide victim in Washington, D.C., in 2010.

Funke's mother is a member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe of Montana. His father is a member of the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community of Michigan.

Funke grew up with is father in Maryland and had recently moved to DC. He was killed on January 2. A 44-year-old man is being held on a second-degree murder charge for Funke's death.
