House Resources Committee sets hearing next week on three bills
The House Natural Resources Committee will hold a hearing next week on three bills.

The hearing takes place on Wednesday, July 28, at 10am in Room 1324 of the Longworth House Office Building. The committee will consider the following:
H.R.5023, the Requirements, Expectations, and Standard Procedures for Executive Consultation with Tribes Act, RESPECT Act. The bill requires federal agencies to develop tribal consultation policies.
H.R.4384, a bill to remove the state of Utah from the management of the Utah Navajo Trust Fund and create a new tribally-driven commission that will oversee the trust.
H.R.5468, the Bridgeport Indian Colony Land Trust, Health, and Economic Development Act of 2010. The bill places land in trust for the Bridgeport Indian Colony of California.
