Hopland Band of Pomo Indians updates county police agreement
The Hopland Band of Pomo Indians has updated its law enforcement agreement with Mendocino County in California.

The agreement allows tribal officers to "cite and release" people who allegedly violate state law. Previously, tribal officers had to take offenders to the county jail.
