"President Obama signed the Tribal Law and Order Act into law last week. The legislation is designed to combat a disproportionately high level of violent crime - including rape and sexual assault - on Native American reservations. Lisa Marie Iyotte, a member of the White Clay People and a rape survivor, tells her story and explains what she hopes the new law will accomplish.
