Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe narrows the field for chairman's post
Members of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota went to the polls on August 10 to vote in a primary election.

Kevin Keckler and Derek Bartlett received the most votes for the chairman's post. They will head to the November 2 general election.

Incumbent chairman Joseph Brings Plenty Sr. did not run for re-election.
