Man enters plea to manufacturing meth on Fort Peck Reservation
A man from the Fort Peck Reservation in Montana pleaded guilty to manufacturing methamphetamine near public housing.

Dallas Edward Howard, Jr., 52, made the drug within 1,000 feet of a public housing unit owned by the Fort Peck Tribes. Authorities found a meth lab in his home.

Sentencing is scheduled for January 20, 2011. Howard faces up to 40 years in prison and a $2 million fine.
