Navajo Nation man faces sentence for second-degree murder

A man from the Navajo Nation faces 25 years in federal prison for murdering a woman on the reservation.

Patrick Baptiste, 51, admitted that he struck Kathleen Francisco, 71, on May 24, 2010. But instead of calling authorities, he drove Francisco to different locations before dumping her body on the New Mexico portion of the reservation.
