Guilty plea over theft of prescription drugs from IHS hospital





A third person will plead guilty in connection with the theft of prescription drugs from an Indian Health Service facility in North Dakota.

Jordan Delong is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute hydrocodone, the Associated Press reported. Prosecutors say he obtained prescription drugs from two other people, including a former pharmacy worker at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Hospital, located on the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Reservation in North Dakota.

Timothy Davis Jr. and Candace Keplin already pleaded guilty for their roles in the crime. A fourth person has pleaded not guilty.
