Southern Ute Tribe schedules election for chair and council seats

The Southern Ute Tribe of Colorado will hold an election for chairman and two council seats on November 4.
Five candidates are running for chairman. They are: incumbent Pearl E. Casias, Renee J. Cloud, Kevin R. Frost, Clement J. Frost and Jimmy R. Newton Jr.
Newton resigned his council post to run for chairman so a special election will be held on November 1 to fill his seat.
