Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Arizona) will introduce legislation to settle the water rights of the Hopi Tribe and the Navajo Nation, the Associated Press reports. The bill will resolve tribal claims to the Little Colorado River. It promises the tribes groundwater delivery projects worth an estimated $313 million.
