Tribe in Brazil wins reprieve from eviction order at disputed site





A judge in Brazil said members of the Guarani-Kaiowa Tribe can stay on a disputed parcel of land.

About 170 tribal members live on the small 2.5-acre site. But a group of ranchers claim they are they owners.

The tribe will remain while the dispute is resolved.
