Dancing Bull Fischer, a member of the
Yankton Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, is accused of fatally shooting his uncle and putting his cousin in critical condition.
Bull Fischer, 23, is charged with one count of second-degree murder. Authorities say he killed his uncle, Tony Fischer Sr., 47, in an incident on tribal land early Tuesday morning.
Dominic Fischer, Tony's son, was also shot. He is reported to be in critical condition.
