Native Sun News Staff Writer RAPID CITY — Oglala Sioux Tribal President Bryan Brewer continues to recover from injuries he sustained in a one car accident the night of Dec. 29. The President was moved this past week to the rehabilitation unit of Rapid City Regional hospital. Brewer had sustained several significant injuries including a broken pelvis and several broken ribs as a result of the accident. Toni Red Cloud, a spokesman for the Brewer administration stated publicly that Brewer is expected to remain at the hospital for up to a week. A representative from the family said that Brewer remains in high spirits despite the pain and is eager to get back to work as soon as his health allows.
