Comanche Nation sends representatives to NMAI inaugural ball

The Comanche Nation is a sponsor of the first-ever first-ever Native Nations Inaugural Ball, which is being held tonight at the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C.

Two tribal members are serving as honorary co-chairs for the event. LaDonna Harris is a well-known activist and George "Comanche Boy" Tahdooahnippah is an up-and-coming fighter.

The ball is a fundraiser for educational programs at NMAI.
