A non-Indian couple from South Carolina has apparently been visiting a Cherokee Nation girl who is at the center of a custody and adoption dispute.

Documents from the Cherokee County court are sealed. But The Tulsa World reported that the online docket system showed a motion was filed to suspend future visits by the non-Indian couple.

The system also showed that the judge in the case recused herself. But the information was no longer visible online as of Monday afternoon, the Associated Press reported.

Meanwhile, Dusten Brown, the biological father, appeared at a Cherokee Nation rally on Monday evening. More than 100 people showed up to support Brown and his family.

"I wish she could be here right now to see this," Brown said of his daughter, The Tulsa World reported.

The Cherokee Nation courts have granted temporary guardianship to Brown's parents. That case is also sealed.
