Spirit Lake Nation hosts public forum on social service issues

The Spirit Lake Nation of North Dakota and the Bureau of Indian Affairs are hosting a public forum tomorrow to discuss social service issues.

Last fall, the tribe returned control of a self-determination contract to the BIA. The move came amid complaints about rampant child abuse on the reservation.

The forum tomorrow will be open to the public.
