Navajo Nation in final testing stages for broadband system

The Navajo Nation is planning a final roll out this fall for its $46 million high-speed Internet system.

The tribe is testing the system right now. The goal is to bring service across the reservation in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah.

“The technology is here and we’re excited and we’re happy," Deenise Becenti, a spokesperson for the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority, told Albuquerque Business First.
