The state of Oklahoma is dedicating a stretch of highway in honor of the Choctaw Code Talkers.

During World War I and World War II, 23 Choctaw soldiers used their language to transmit unbreakable messages. Most of them lived near the highway that is being named in their honor.

The Choctaw Nation and the Choctaw Code Talkers Association will host the dedication ceremony this Friday.
