Jacoby Ellsbury, Navajo baseball standout, lines up $153M deal

Jacoby Ellsbury has landed a $153 million deal with the New York Yankees, according to news reports.

Ellsbury just came off a second World Series win with the Boston Red Sox. He's due to sign a seven-year contract with the New York team, reported to be the third largest in baseball history for an outfielder.

Ellsbury is a member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes. He is Navajo, one of the four tribes in CRIT.
