Charles DeCrane, a 92-year-old veteran from the Crow Tribe of Montana, will be at the State of the Union tonight.

DeCrane, who served in World War II, is a guest of Rep. Steve Daines (R-Montana). He will watch the speech from the gallery of the House of Representatives.

“It’s my honor and privilege to be able to welcome World War II veteran Charles DeCrane, a member of the Crow Tribe, as my guest for the State of the Union,” Daines said in a press release. “More than 2500 Montana tribal members are veterans, and unfortunately, they have not always received the recognition and thanks they deserve. It’s an honor to have Charles joining me for the State of the Union, and as the son of a U.S. Marine, it’s a privilege to serve all of Montana’s veterans and work for them every day.”

President Barack Obama, who was adopted by a Crow family, will deliver the State of the Union at 9pm Eastern time.
