Ojibwe hockey standout T. J. Oshie led the U.S. Olympic team to a preliminary victory over Russia at the 2014 Olympics in Sochi on Saturday. Oshie, 27, grew up in a small town near the Red Lake Nation in northern Minnesota. He's the second Ojibwe hockey player from Warroad to reach the Olympics -- his cousin Henry Boucha won a silver medal at the 1972 games. Oshie's Ojibwe name is "Keeway Gaaboo," which means "Coming Home," according to Peter Richmond at Sports on Earth. Get the Story:
