Last defendant pleads guilty for Coushatta Reservation robbery

The last defendant in an armed home invasion on the Coushatta Reservation in Louisiana pleaded guilty.

Floyd Marshall Martine, 35, pleaded guilty to one count of the crime of brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a federal crime of violence, the U.S. Attorney's Office said in a press release. He and four other people robbed a home of illegal drugs on December 3, 2013.

Martine is not a tribal member but one of his fellow defendants is, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Two of the victims are tribal members.

Sentencing for the defendants will take place this fall.
