Witness list for SCIA hearing on Tribal Law and Order report

The Senate Indian Affairs Committee will hold a hearing tomorrow to discuss a report from the Indian Law and Order Commission.

The commission studied the justice system in Indian Country as part of the Tribal Law and Order Act in 2010. The group's report calls for tribes to exercise full authority over non-Indians and for Alaska tribes to exercise jurisdiction over their own lands.

Tomorrow's hearing takes place at 2:30pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. The witness list follows:
