Child mortality rate. Native Americans lead the nation.

Suicide rate. Native Americans lead the nation.

Teenage pregnancy rate. Native Americans are consistently among the highest in the nation.

Life expectancy. Native Americans have the lowest life expectancy among all U.S. ethnic groups.

Sexual assaults on reservations. One in three American Indian women have been raped or have experienced an attempted rape, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
