Eugenia Ann Rowland, 41, pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree murder. She is accused of killing Hanna Harris, a 21-year-old mother who went missing last July 4, 2013, before her body was found on the reservation a few days later.

The other suspect is Garrett Sydney Wadda, 44. He has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse.
