The second suspect in the death of a member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe of Montana appeared in federal court on Friday. Eugenia Ann Rowland, 41, pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree murder. She is accused of killing Hanna Harris, a 21-year-old mother who went missing last July 4, 2013, before her body was found on the reservation a few days later. The other suspect is Garrett Sydney Wadda, 44. He has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse. Harris left behind a son who was 10 months old when she died. Get the Story:
