A White supremacist group distributed fliers in a predominantly Indian neighborhood in Havre, Montana, sometime over the weekend. Toni The Boy found some fliers on her lawn on the city's east side. They were distributed by a group called The United Klans of America. "I grew up in Havre," The Boy told The Havre Daily News. "I have never seen anything like this. We sometimes had racial problems, but nothing like this." John Abarr, the leader of the Montana chapter of the UKA, would not admit to distributing the fliers. But he said the group has become more active in the state. The UKA wants to create an all-White republic in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Abarr, however, said the group won't bother Indian Country. "The Indians were here before us," Abarr told the paper. Native Americans make up about 13 percent of the population in Havre and about 6.5 percent of the population in Montana. Get the Story:
