Police in Ontario investigate letter that threatens Native people

Police in Thunder Bay, Ontario, are investigating a letter that threatens the Native population.

The letter was placed in the night book drop box at the Brodie Street Library at around 7am on Saturday, September 13. Police did not describe its contents except to say they were " very disturbing."

"This threatening letter is being investigated as a hate crime against the aboriginal population," the Thunder Bay Police Service said in a press release.
