An elderly member of the Colville Tribes of Washington has been seriously injured in a hit and run in Colorado. Isaac Wak Wak, who is in his 70s, was leaving the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver when he was struck by a car on Sunday evening. The impact was so strong that all of his limbs were broken. It will take him weeks to recover. "How could you do that? How could you hit somebody and take off?" Diane Yankton, Isaac's adopted sister, told KUSA. A witness heard the crash and saw a car speeding away but authorities have little information to go. They are looking for surveillance footage from businesses in the area and are hoping someone might come forward. “We stop for dogs and cats and animals when we hit them, but we won’t stop for human beings?” Wak Wak’s friend Tim Johnson told CBS News.
