The Hualapai Tribe of Arizona has completed a $2.2 million renovation of a grocery store and gas station on the reservation.

The grocery portion of the 5,600 square-foot Walapai Market opened in February. It features a deli, butcher shop and bakery and is the only store in the community, the Associated Press reported.

The gas station opened last month. In total, the facility employs 15 people.

Walapai Market is located on historic Route 66 in Peach Springs.
