Author Sherman Alexie will release his first picture book for young readers in May 2016. "Thunder Boy Jr." tells the story of a young boy with the same name as his father. It is illustrated by Yuyi Morales. Alexie's novel for young adults, "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian
," won the National Book Award in 2007.
