Two cousins from the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation in Saskatchewan are ready for their big Hollywood closeup.

Well, almost. Leah Arcand and Joi Arcand are headed to Portland, Oregon, to serve as extras on one of their favorite shows -- Portlandia, a spoof on the culture in that city.

"Ever since we started watching it, we felt like we needed to go to Portland, [and] we need to visit all these places," Leah Arcand told CBC News. "Now that this is happening, it's pretty surreal."

Leah and Joi drew attention of the producers because they have been posting pictures of themselves dressed as some of the characters in the show. They are raising money on GoFundMe to help cover expenses for their trip across the border.
