A federal grand jury aid additional charges against a non-Indian man who is accused of murdering a couple from the Crow Tribe of Montana and shooting their daughter. Jesus Yeizon Deniz, 18, could face the death penalty on first-degree murder, firearms and robbery charges, according to the superseding indictment. He is accused of shooting and killing Jason Shane, 52, and his wife, Tana Shane, 50, on July 29. Deniz is also accused of shooting the couple's daughter, 26-year-old Jorah Shane, in the back as she tried to flee the scene. She was hospitalized after the incident but her current condition hasn't been reported. Deniz, who now faces a total of 12 charges, was due to go to trial on October 5. But a new schedule might be ordered after a status conference this afternoon. Get the Story:
