Indian skateboarding exhibit travels to Umatilla Tribes museum

An exhibit on skateboarding in Indian Country is traveling to the Umatilla Reservation in Oregon.

Ramp It Up: Skateboard Culture in Native America opens March 14 at the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute. The exhibit is part of the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service and was originally on display at the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C.

The exhibit runs through May 25 at Tamástslikt.
