The Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe of Nevada helped contain a fire that broke out on the reservation on Sunday. The Nixon Fire was 80 percent contained as of this afternoon, according to news reports. It burned 144 acres, destroying two sheds and threatening one home in the process. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Get the Story:
