Members of the Tulalip Tribes of Washington are in mourning after a car crash on Tuesday morning claimed the lives of four young people.

According to news reports, a pickup crashed into a hatchery pond on the reservation. All of the occupants drowned, authorities said.

The victims were identified as Ariela Vendiola, 15; Lynnishia Larson, 16; Tyson Walker, 21; and Dylan Monger, 22. Ariela would have turned 16 on Wednesday.

Tyson was a member of the Tulalip Tribes, The Seattle Times reported. Ariela was a member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma, the paper said.

Lynnishia was reported as missing late last year by her family. She had been abducted, according to The Snohomish County Reporter, but was found earlier this year.

Ariel and Lynnishia were students at Marysville-Pilchuck High School, the site of a fatal school last October in which five young people lost their lives.
