A four-year-old girl was found alive on the Fort Peck Reservation in Montana on Sunday after going missing for nearly two days.

Maci Maelyn Lilley was taken from a park in Wolf Point around 9:30pm on Friday evening, according to the Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office. On Saturday, a 20-year-old suspect named John Lieba was arrested but the girl was still missing.

Maci was finally found around 11:20am on Sunday just outside of town, the sheriff's office said. She appeared to be in good health but was taken to a hospital in Billings for further observation, according to news reports.

Billings is more than 290 miles from Wolf Point. Funds are being raised on GoFundMe to help Maci's family with expenses.

Lieba is expected to appear in tribal court on Monday on a kidnapping charge, the Tribune reported. He could also face federal charges because the alleged abduction occurred in Indian Country.

Authorities said Maci and Lieba do not appear to be related.
