There is so much baloney flying around out there about Hillary Clinton that we want to set the record straight.

The main source of the propaganda against Clinton is the Republican Party. They fear her bid for the presidency of the United States more than any other. They have spent years trying to tear her down in the most subtle and not-so-subtle ways that one would think that the general public would see right through their schemes.

The Republicans have been exposed as being behind the efforts to discredit Clinton for her emails and have publicly admitted that they went after her full bore on Benghazi. We have a gullible American public and more often than not they tend to either believe this baloney or it puts doubts about Clinton in their minds.

Aside from Barack Obama this country has been headed by old white men since its inception. They have done everything to American Indians except exterminate them and it wasn’t for lack of trying that they did not succeed in this endeavor.

We think it is high time to kick the old white men off of the podium and replace them with a strong, highly gifted woman. With little fanfare she has visited Indian Country when she was First Lady. She has made a study of the many problems we face as Native Americans and is determined to follow in the footsteps of Obama and do something about it. In order to even have a chance at getting the land in the Black Hills returned to us (Sioux) we need Hillary. But first we need to get our own act together. The Black Hills are not for sale!

Here are just a few of the things she had accomplished in her career:
• In law school, Hillary volunteered at a local hospital to help abuse victims who needed advocates.
• When she graduated, she skipped big firms to work for the Children’s Defense Fund and help kids with disabilities and juveniles in South Carolina prisons.
• She became the first female partner at the Rose law firm in Arkansas, and she co-founded Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families.
• As First Lady of the United States, she traveled to Beijing to declare that “women’s rights are human rights, once and for all,” and she worked with Democrats and Republicans in Congress to secure health care for children -- that program covers 8 million kids today.
• As a senator from New York, she got health benefits for 9/11 responders and secured $20 billion to help rebuild New York City.
• She won 18 million votes in the 2008 presidential primary.
• She served as Secretary of State for President Obama, where she repaired our global reputation, negotiated sanctions against Iran, and brokered a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.

The New York Times called Hillary “one of the most broadly and deeply qualified candidates in modern history” when they endorsed her. She has the biggest and most diverse coalition in this election -- and 2.4 million more votes than Bernie Sanders.
