N.M. convict found guilty of murdering Navajo man
Thursday, September 4, 2003

A New Mexican convict who reportedly bragged about "rolling an Indian" was found guilty on Wednesday of murdering a Navajo man.

The jury must now decide whether Robert Fry should be executed for the March-April 1998 death of Donald Tsosie. Fry is already on death row for raping and killing Betty Lee, a Navajo mother.

Fry has at times been characterized as racist and "a mean redneck" who preyed on Indians.
