Students and parents enjoy Tulalip Tribes classes

Classes being offered by the Tulalip Tribes of Washington during a local teacher strike are proving to be popular.

The tribes are putting their own money into the venture. So far, $30,000 has been spent on meals and tutors for children of all ages, and the tribes will spend more if necessary.
