A brand new Head Start center on the Navajo Nation suffered major damage after being vandalized last week, allegedly by a group of juveniles ages 7 to 12.

The Farmington Daily Times reported that the damage to two buildings and to two buses was extensive. Local officials and workers are upset about the vandalism and want to hold the families of the youths responsible.

The youths are in Navajo Nation custody.
