Sacred lake faces another threat from development

The Bureau of Reclamation has announced plans to lease an area near Zuni Salt Lake in New Mexico.

The lake is considered sacred to Zuni Pueblo and other tribes in the Southwest. Just last month, the tribe celebrated when a power company decided not to mine for coal there.
