The Sioux Falls Argus Leader in an editorial calls for a "top-to-bottom" review of the university owned by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.

The paper says financial troubles at Si Tanka University, formerly known as Huron University, surfaced when the tribe bought the school in spring 2001. "Only a few months later, Cheyenne River officials said they were misled about the Huron school's finances. It's been pretty much downhill - financially - since then," the paper says.
