HUD limits Lumbee Tribe's access to $12M grant

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has limited the Lumbee Tribe's access to a $12 million grant, The Fayetteville Observer reports.
The tribe failed to submit an environmental review for housing projects, the paper said.
The tribe has already used $2 million of the grant, and the rest will released when until HUD gives its approval.
