Plans by Pojoaque Pueblo in New Mexico to construct a large hotel are being questioned.

The number of rooms hasn't been finalized but is estimated around 350. The size of the project has the city of Santa Fe worried that it would cut into their business and use up too much water.

The state has expressed concern about the tribe's water usage.
