Charges come on illegal gambling

TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2002 Five people in Oklahoma have been charged with illegal gambling at a casino purported to be on tribal land. Law enforcement raided the facility, located in Oklahoma City, earlier this month. The land in question is owned by the Apache Tribe but not held in trust.
